Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made from HA!LO, a brand operated by Meet Hailo, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), through meethailo.com.

Return window

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Original order number or email receipt is required.
  • Because HA!LO sneakers are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns for worn or washed shoes, items damaged by normal wear, or items altered after delivery.

Return cost

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Meet Hailo, LLC does not provide prepaid return labels for standard (non-defective) returns.

How to start a return

Email kristy@meethailo.com with your order number and a brief description (and photo if applicable) of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, the correct return address. Please do not ship any item back until you have received written return instructions from us — packages sent without prior approval may be refused.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We offer product-for-product exchanges or exchange for store credit within 90 days of delivery. Because each pair is printed to order, we generally issue a refund or store credit rather than a direct swap. Email kristy@meethailo.com to start an exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at kristy@meethailo.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will ship a replacement at no charge, including return shipping.
