Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase with original or email receipt. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have original box attached.
Refunds
Full refunds are available within 15 days of purchase for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Items that don't match the product description
- Manufacturing defects
Store Credit & Exchanges
Items in new, unworn condition may be exchanged for:
- Different size or color (subject to availability)
- Store credit for future purchases
- Product exchange of equal or lesser value
Return Process
1. Contact us within 15 days of purchase
2. Include your order number, reason for return and photo of sneaker
3. Package items securely in original box
4. Ship to our return address (customer pays return shipping)

Processing Time
- Refunds: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Exchanges: Same processing and shipping times as new purchases
